Simple, Transparent Pricing
Longarm quilting is priced at:
$0.03 per square inch
To calculate pricing:
Multiply the width × height of your quilt top, then multiply by $0.03.
Minimum Charge
The minimum quilting charge is $50, which applies to smaller projects such as table runners or mini quilts.

Thread Options
Glide Thread Included

We use high-quality Glide #40 weight thread for smooth, durable stitching.

A flat $5 thread fee is added to each quilt and covers:

General machine maintenance
Our typical approach is to blend thread colors with the lighter tones of your quilt for a clean, balanced look. However, this is your quilt, and we are happy to discuss custom thread color preferences.
If a specialty thread color is requested and not currently in stock, additional costs may apply.

Shipping Your Quilt
Customers may mail quilt tops and backing fabrics directly to us in College Station, Texas.

We recommend:

Placing fabrics inside a protective bag or sack

Using a sturdy cardboard shipping box

Clearly labeling and securely taping the package
This helps protect your quilt materials during transit.

Return Shipping
​
Completed quilts are returned via USPS Priority Mail whenever possible.
​
Priority Mail includes:

Tracking information

$50 insurance coverage
Additional insurance can be added upon request and noted on your intake form.

Batting is not included in the square inch quilting rate

Texas sales tax of 8.25% applies to applicable purchases

If a requested pantograph or specialty thread must be ordered, the cost may be shared

Payment Information

After quilting is completed, invoices are sent through PayPal.
Timely payment allows us to package and return your completed quilt as quickly as possible.
