Welcome to Stitched Keepsakes. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing custom products or services.

 

1. Overview

Stitched Keepsakes creates custom memory quilts, keepsake products, and provides long arm quilting services. Because many products are handmade and personalized using customer-provided materials, each order is unique and subject to the terms below.

 

2. Custom Order Policy

​

All custom memory quilts and keepsake products are made specifically for each customer.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

  • Final products may vary slightly from mockups, examples, or previous designs

  • Fabric availability, garment condition, and material size may affect the final design

  • Layouts, stitching patterns, and construction details are determined at the discretion of Stitched Keepsakes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing order details before approval

Stitched Keepsakes reserves the right to decline projects involving damaged, unsanitary, or unsuitable materials.

 

3. Customer-Provided Materials

​

Customers are responsible for providing garments, fabrics, or materials needed for custom projects.

Please note:

  • Materials may need to be cut, altered, or trimmed during production

  • Once materials are cut, they cannot be restored to their original condition

  • Customers should not send irreplaceable items unless they understand and accept the risks associated with custom textile work

  • Stitched Keepsakes is not responsible for hidden fabric defects, weak seams, aging materials, staining, odors, shrinkage, or fabric deterioration during the quilting process

We recommend washing garments before shipment unless otherwise instructed.

 

4. Long Arm Quilting Services

​

For long arm quilting services:

  • Quilts must meet submitted preparation requirements before quilting begins

  • Additional fees may apply for pressing, repairs, trimming, backing adjustments, or preparation work

  • Thread color, quilting density, and pattern selections may vary slightly due to machine and fabric limitations

  • Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on workload and seasonal demand

 

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice.

  • A deposit or full payment may be required before work begins

  • Final payment must be completed before completed products are shipped or delivered

  • Orders may be delayed if invoices remain unpaid

  • Custom orders are non-transferable

 

6. Shipping & Delivery

​

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate shipping information

  • Shipping customer materials to Stitched Keepsakes unless otherwise arranged

Stitched Keepsakes is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Lost, stolen, or damaged packages once shipped

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

7. Turnaround Times

​

Estimated turnaround times are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed.

Production timelines may vary due to:

  • Seasonal demand

  • Material delays

  • Project complexity

  • Volume of current orders

Customers will be notified of significant delays whenever possible.

8. Returns & Refunds

​

Due to the personalized nature of custom products:

  • All custom memory quilts and keepsake items are final sale

  • Refunds or returns are not accepted once production has begun

  • Non-custom ready-to-ship items may be eligible for return within a specified timeframe if unused and in original condition

If an issue occurs with your order, please contact Stitched Keepsakes within 7 days of delivery.

 

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, product photos, designs, logos, graphics, and written content are the property of Stitched Keepsakes and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

 

10. Product Photography & Marketing

​

Stitched Keepsakes may photograph completed projects for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes unless the customer requests otherwise in writing before project completion.

Sensitive or memorial projects will always be handled respectfully.

11. Limitation of Liability

​

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stitched Keepsakes shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of sentimental value

  • Damage caused by fabric age or material instability

  • Shipping-related loss or damage outside of its control

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable order.

12. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to interfere with website functionality or security

  • Copy or misuse website content without permission

 

13. Privacy

Any personal information submitted through the website is handled according to the site’s Privacy Policy.
